Hannah Bowen and Brenda Garcia-Mosqueda from Central High School were nominated to participate in the 6th Annual Students Exploring Engineering (SEE) event for female 9th and 10th grade students. The program was hosted by the Women in Engineering Program at Georgia Tech in partnership with Boeing, Halliburton, and Texas Instruments. The event was held at the College and Career Academy (CCA) South Campus. The students spent the day learning various engineering disciplines, participating in activities with Texas Instruments, receiving guidance and advice from Georgia Tech admissions counselors and students, and touring CCA where the high school engineering pathway is offered.
