Colliers International Savannah brokers David Sink and Danny Chase are proud to have worked with Raydient Places + Properties and the Development Authority of Bryan County to help bring Medline Industries to Belfast Commerce Park in Richmond Hill, GA just south of Savannah on I-95. Medline will invest over $70 Million to build a new 1,000,000 SF distribution facility to support their growing medical supply manufacturing business throughout the Southeast. Medline Industries will create over 150 new jobs with the potential for 600 in the future.
