Ok everyone! Valentine's Day is coming up soon. I will be giving away a gift certificate for a free cut and color. The winner will be announced on February 12th and the appointment will be scheduled for the 13th on a Saturday. This is so that deserving person can feel beautiful on Valentine's Day. There is one catch! This gift will go to someone who is deserving and never does anything for themselves because they are always doing for others.
