As most of Georgia is focused on the Runoff election, I just got word that one of the Chaplains I have served with passed away today. I met Dr. Neal Wall in Mar...ch of 2008 at the Georgia Sheriff Association Chaplain Division Training. Dr. Wall a great guy, my prayers go out to Bibb County Sheriff Office and to the Wall family. You were always an encourager to me each year at the training. R.I.P. Neal. See more
