**Important Notice** We regret to inform you that this upcoming week is the last week Cooks Impact will be open. Due to personal family issues we can no longer keep the gym open. Coach Cook, Coach D, and Coach Paul are heartbroken with this decision. We always preach how family needs to come first and we stand at this crossroad now. There are certain times in life when you are faced with a very tough choice and we have reached that now. Unfortunately this has caused us to sta...nd at this crossroad now. Even though Cooks Impact, the gym, will be closed... We will remain family. We will still get together, watch fights, have dinners, and stay in touch. This Facebook family will remain open as a social thread so that we can always be reached. This weeks schedule will be as follows. Tuesday- Normal classes/ bring any questions you have to Coach Paul or Coach D. Thursday- We are open 6-7:30. This will be our last night in the gym.
