After MANY REQUESTS by our patients, starting Monday we will be selling MASKS THAT TIE BEHIND YOUR HEAD AND NOT ON YOUR EARS which are better for hearing aid users and MASKS WITH A WINDOW to be used by people who are communicating with people with hearing loss!!! Well we have been back up and running for a month now. Its not easy using masks, spacing appointments, keeping patients separate, and cleaning behind every person who comes into our office.... But the amount of help we have provided this month to people with hearing loss makes us realize how essential we really are! We our patients!!

Here at Coweta and Fayette Hearing Clinic, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all of our patients and staff. As new information keeps coming into light about COVID-19, we will continue to learn and adapt!

Watch as Dr. Nicole Denney shows the different parts of a standard Receiver-In-The-Ear (or RIC) hearing aid. While hearing aids look different across the companies, they all have the same basic components and it is important for you to understand what makes your hearing aid work. You will be able to better understand and troubleshoot your hearing aid if there are problems. If you are unsure about what is what, you can always ask your audiologist!

If you’ve been to our clinic over a staff members birthday week, you know we like to go all out to celebrate! Since we are closed and couldn’t show her off in person on her special day, everyone help us wish our office manager, Tracy, a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Tracy has been with us from the very beginning and we very much wish we could celebrate her at work today. Happy birthday, Tracy! We appreciate everything you do to help everyone hear better!

To all our patients at Coweta and Fayette Hearing Clinics, we miss you terribly during the COVID-19 time. We wanted to take a moment to tell you how much you mean to us and how much we wish we could be seeing you every day. We all hope you are staying safe and healthy and we are here for you if you need anything. We cannot wait to get back in the clinics and help you hear better!

We at Coweta and Fayette Hearing Clinics understand how difficult this time is for everyone, especially those of you with hearing loss. This is such an important time to be able to hear news updates, hear doctors and medical providers, and hear and communicate well with family members. Excessive time together can be hard on everyone, but especially when there is a communication break-down. Below is a list of some of the things we are trying to do to help. If you feel like... any of this list will help you, even if you are not yet our patient, please message, call or email. We will do everything we can to help! - Fit new hearing aids from the comfort and safety of your home, via video chat - Provide a convenient lock box at the entrance of both clinics to drop hearing aids that need to be repaired, which are usually returned the same day - Delivery to your home of hearing aid repairs - Delivery through mail of batteries and supplies - Provide a convenient supply of batteries available for pick-up outside of either office - How to videos (coming soon) to help with charging, batteries, cleaning, changing filters, and troubleshooting your hearing aids Please know that we are all in this together and these are unprecedented times. We want to do everything we safely can to keep you hearing.

We hope all our patients and their family members are staying safe out there! Just as a reminder, you can still call our office with questions and we have a drop box for hearing aids that need maintenance at each location that will be checked daily! We will be here for you as much as we can during this time. Please stay healthy and let us know if there is anything we can do for you!

Due to Covid 19 and the health and well-being of our patients and staff, we are temporarily closed. Please call or email if you have any questions and we will respond quickly. Also, we will be coming in periodically for hearing aid repairs and emergency services. We have placed a lockbox outside of each clinic to drop hearing aids needing service or repairs during this time. Also, we can remotely fit hearing aids if emergency replacement hearing aids are needed. We will do everything we can to keep you hearing during this difficult time.
