As local businesses are changing the ways they are doing business post COVID-19, I just wanted to give everyone an update on Cox Plumbing. We are open and ready to serve our community as always....with a few slight but necessary changes. 1. Many of our customers have a normal curiosity of how we do our plumbing repairs and tend to watch closely over our shoulders while we work. We will now be politely asking you to give us plenty of space while we are in your home or business... for your protection and ours. 2. Billing is no longer offered to anyone without prior approval from me (John Cox). 3. As always, we accept cash, check or credit card. 4. We are keeping our normal business hours of Monday thru Friday 8 to 5. 5. To limit unnecessary exposure, all free quotes will be made over the phone and not in person.
