Happy Sunday!! We have some back squats, toes to bar and burpees today!! There is an increase in load but decrease in reps for the final 2 Sets of the couplet. This Workout has varied intensity levels and it starts out hot, cools off for the big set of Burpees and then lights it back up at the end! #ncfit #crossfit

Rope climbs and snatches today!! Weightlifting, monostructural and gymnastics. We want you to push hard each round. The row should be hard and uncomfortable and no more than 2:00-2:10. You are going to feel it in the legs going from the Row to the Snatches. Load should be moderate to allow you to complete 2-3 sets or quick singles.
