Happy Veteran’s Day to all the men and women who have served and sacrificed so much for this great nation.

From the staff and athletes, we want to thank our gym owners for all of the hard work and dedication they have poured into CrossFit LaGrange over the last 9 years. We have presented them with a handmade quilt with all of the T-shirts from over the years to show our love and support for everything they continue to do for our gym family! I’m Nick Corvino and I walked in to CrossFit Sayerville on December 3, 2016. In the last 14 months I’ve lost 115 pounds.

This is why we wanted to start a CrossFit here!! This is why we believe in it. So many of our CrossFit family has come off of so many medications. I wish I could share everyone’s personal story. You guys are our why. Your health, your life.
