Crossfit 30004

We often miss the small changes in ourselves over the years until they have piled up on us. Often we may find ourselves saying things like, "it's just part of getting older" or some other excuse. We begin believing in our late 30's and into our 40's that we won't ever get the physique of our youth. Here's the thing, that is a lie that people who are discontent with themselves say to try to justify their current condition or lack thereof. The excuses we give ourselves are comp...lete and total bull. Age is irrelevant to change. Gender, height, and any number of other excuses may slow change but they most certainly do not stop change for those few determined to become their best. Carmen was a member of a different CrossFit gym for four years when she started with us. She worked hard and ate healthy but just couldn't keep her weight managed and wasn't seeing the results she wanted. At the end of July it will be her 1 year anniversary with us. Her hard work with us has yielded great returns and the transformation Carmen has had in her mind, body and spirit has been beautiful to play a role in.
