MAT INSTALL WEDNESDAY Hey gang! New mats will be installed on Wednesday! Gym will be modified schedule on Wednesday (possibly just 1 or 2 morning classes but maybe all cancelled depending on time window for the start of the installation). We may have to modify Thursday morning schedule if the work takes longer than 1 day.... We will still have zoom classes on Wed/Thur at 12 pm and 6:15 pm. We'll keep you posted a day in advance of any changes as they come. As always check ZP for the most up-to-date schedule changes.

This weeks dumbbell workout is going to get very quickly. Especially those curl 21s! . . . If you only have one dumbbell you will perform the 12 push presses on both sides. If you can not do that in the time frame reduce the reps. ... . . . For the bicep curl 21s, these will seem fine at the beginning but the pump will quickly set in. Make sure you are controlling the movement and not swing those hips! See more

Mark your calendars! We’re reopening June 1st! That’s one week away But here are some things you need to know: 1 classes will be limited to 6 people so make sure you sign up for classes! If you can not make class please make sure you cancel you class 1 hour before so someone else can take you spot. There will be a late cancellation/no show fee. ... 2 you will be able to enter the gym 5 minutes before class. If you get there early please either stay in your car or if you want/need to start warming up you can do so in the parking lot. Again, you WILL NOT be able to before that 5 minute mark. 3 you will have a 7ft lane that you will stay in #socialdistancing. The only time you will leave your lane would be to grab equipment, go to the bathroom, get water, etc. I know this will take some time to get adjusted too but know we are learning too. 4 ALL equipment will be cleaned after use. Because of this there will be a 15 min time gap between classes. 5 this is the most important...IF YOU DO NOT FEEL GOOD, DO NOT COME TO THE GYM. Let’s keep our community safe and healthy.
