This is the message we received today from one of our members @john_d_strong I wanted to share my progress with you guys. It’s been a little over 3 months since I signed up with y’all, and thanks to you guys I feel better than I have in more than a decade both physically and mentally!! I couldn’t ask for better coaches and community to workout with!!! 3 months in 30lbs down, excited to get better every month. As much as we would love to take credit, we just provide the are...na and coaches. It’s up to YOU to show up and put in the work. Congrats buddy! To our Stars and Bars Family, On Saturday, CrossFit CEO Greg Glassman posted several controversial tweets referencing Floyd’s death and the coronavirus pandemic. These comments were unacceptable under all circumstances. While Glassman may be the leader of the CrossFit corporation, he is not the leader of our community or our culture. Greg Glassman does not represent our community or our sport. We all do that, we as a collective group of people with one common bond, one word... that links us all together: CrossFit. We are sad and angry that the CrossFit name has been tarnished. However, the CrossFit we know was not built by Glassman, you built this! As for our affiliation with CrossFit, that depends on the course of action taken by CFHQ. We will continue to stand with you as athletes no matter your race, religion, orientation, or whatever background you may have. Thank you for allowing us the time to put thought behind words. Fitness Family, a lot have asked about whether we are closing or not. With everything seemingly and slowly being restricted, our goal is to keep one of the best things available to you! We do ask that if you have been around someone who is not feeling well, or if you yourself aren't 100% please stay home. Please disinfect before and after using equipment. We are evaluating limiting class sizes and other methods to help protect the spread and we will let you know if anything is decided. While you may never get the Coronavirus, it can impact all of us mentally. We have at home workouts that will be made available as well. Your health and well-being is our number one priority as always! ~XOXO

We will be closed after the 5pm class on New Year’s Eve (no 6pm class Tuesday night) and will have one class on New Year’s Day at 11:00am! We will stay open a bit longer for open gym if you need a little bit more rest! Happy New Year fitfam!! Let’s crush 2020!
