Every year at CrossFit Valdosta, we do a WOD to honor the life of Jessica Pyles. She was a faithful member of CFV and her work ethic was unmatched. She passed away in a car accident on August 12th, 2014. Today we celebrated her life with an awesome workout with the people and community she loved so much!
