The Crossroads Housing Team is officially starting the City of Atlanta COVID-19 rent/utility/mortgage assistance events again! We'll be doing them every Tuesday from 11:30am-6:30pm at the Loudermilk Center in Downtown Atlanta. "Many agencies throughout the City of Atlanta are currently working together to end homelessness for those who have been on the streets the longest. Partners for HOME is leading this "Housing Surge" -- an initiative to house 800 people experiencing homelessness in Atlanta. Last week, we had a pre-Christmas Clyde's Kitchen reunion. Sue, Ann, Janette, and Shirley came down to donate socks. Natalie and Mr. Clyde also visited. The crew hadn't seen each other since March when volunteering became limited due to COVID. Until then, they volunteered together for years.
