Crown View Baptist Church

Welcome to Crown View! Our church name says it all we believe in doing our best to see the world and our community through the view of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. That means that everyone is valuable in Jesus’ eyes. Our church members have a heart for those that struggle and need a church family. We are welcoming of all as we believe the Bible teaches us that all need a relationship with Jesus in order to get to Heaven. Our church is one that loves to minister to othe...rs. We enjoy singing at the local Regency Healthcare facility on the first Monday of every month. We support missionaries through the Southern Baptist Association, and we support the Gideon Bible Ministry in providing Bibles throughout the world. We also support one another through prayer and always being on call to help meet the ministry needs of individuals and families. My mother taught me the importance of faith; it makes a difference in the way you look at the world and how you respond to life on a daily basis. Walking by faith and not by sight is the best way to walk, fully putting your trust in the Lord and the Holy Spirit. My salutation is in honor of the message my mom lived and passed on to me before she went home to be with the Lord in 2010. Sorry, we didn't have Bible study tonight on Wednesday October 21st because one of our members, Lamar Sloan, passed away. Tonight was visitation at Dalton Funeral Home. We canceled Bible study so all could support Lamar's family and friends with prayer and/or visitation at the funeral home. The funeral will be tomorrow at 2:00 at Dalton Funeral Home.
