2020 has been a very interesting year for us here at C Town Bikes, as I’m sure it’s been for most of you. We are in the midst of a major bike boom and bikes are not readily available. Even with these setbacks, C Town has experienced a growth like we never imagined . As a way to thank our customers and community, we are proud to introduce what we hope will become a C Town tradition. First off we will be giving away two brand new bikes ! Yes, you heard right . We are asking all... our customers to nominate a person who you think deserves a new bike. Send us your recommendations and why you think this individual is deserving. We will then select one child/young adult and one adult from your nominations. Deadline to submit you recommendations is December 22nd 2020. Secondly, we will be building bikes that we have acquired and donating them to a local organization for the children they serve. We will be inviting these kids into the shop, where they will help to refurbish their own bikes .Our goal is to be able to rebuild at least 10-15 bikes and hopefully next year this program will grow to reach more needed kids and families. This bike came into us in pieces . The customer is the original owner and has moved all over the world with this bike . His last move was from NY to Georgia a few years ago , he had almost forgotten about his prized bike until Covid forced us all to stay home . We spent hours getting rid of rust on the wheels , replacing a grey housing with and awesome red housing . We are glad Mr. Ming trusted us with his bike .
