According to the 2017 Keep America Beautiful Litter Abatement Curriculum, 22.8 percent of roadside litter originates in parking lots and sidewalks. After 12 years of cleaning roadside litter all throughout Carroll County, we can confirm this is very much the case. In an effort to help prevent this litter making its way onto our roadsides, Keep Carroll Beautiful is proud to support the work of Curb Appeal Litter Control. Owner Matt Crawford, born and raised in Carroll County (...and barber at Carrollton’s own Little Gem Barbershop for over a decade), started this business as a way to offer affordable litter removal solutions to businesses throughout Carroll County, and furthermore, to do his part to keep his county healthy and clean. Curb Appeal, servicing lots throughout Carroll County, has pledged to bring recyclable materials collected in his client’s lots to the Carroll County Convenience Centers, and materials that can’t be taken at those facilities, to the Keep Carroll Beautiful office.
