This bag of fresh spinach is only $1.81! All our bagged spinach is under $3 per bag this week! Our team has been working hard to source incredible food at affordable prices so everyone in Athens can eat well at the Co-op. Getting really good food on our neighbors tables at prices that make eating fresh possible is what the Co-op is about. Come grab your dinner, wave hello to a few local farmers, and be proud of where you live! Let’s eat!

Athens Community Council on Aging is our first Daily Change recipient this year! They offer a TON of crucial services, seriously it’s a long list Here’s a short list of the things they’re doing to support Athens & our surrounding communities: providing meals, health & wellness programming, companionship, access to health care, employment opportunities, and more to Athens and our surrounding communities. We’re so excited to be working with them, thank you in advance to all ...the folks who are gonna round up this month for helping to keep the Athens community strong. P.S. We raised $712.73 in December! Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement will receive 50%, the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia will receive 40%, and our in-house Eat Daily! program will receive 10%. Let's celebrate and pool even more resources in 2021!

It’s scuppernong season! These are bursting with flavor and feel like a major treat on these sunny days- so grab some while they’re growing in Ath!

Morning pepper delivery! We’ve got tons of perfect, bright, local peppers in! Toss them into a salsa, chili, soup or sammie. Or keep it simple and mouthwatering by breaking out the sauté pan to cook up some blistered shishito peppers

Our Fresh Manager is shoutin’ her love for this local celery from the rooftops! The folks from Foster Brady farm just dropped it off and we can’t get enough!

Clay from @fosterbradyfarm brought these hot peppers by the other day for our shoppers to try- our deli staff want to use them in everything so you know they’re good! Grab a few and let us know if you like ‘em as much as we do
