Have I ever mentioned how much of a stress reliever these classes are??? (On top of already being fun, effective and a great workout) I've had some stuff going on this week and I can't tell you how much having class tonight helped!!! I can't wait until tomorrow night's class!!! Come out and join us!!! The glow in the dark class is still in the works! Dance2Fit

Class tonight 6pm come out and join us!!!!!!!

Class next week will be on Wed @ 6pm and Thursday @ 6pm. No Tuesday night class due to my daughter's open house. Hope you can come out and join us!!!! Dance to a FIT YOU! I want to help you work towards whatever goal you may have. I don't like the gym environment but I LOVE THIS and want to share it and enjoy it with as many ladies as I can. It is a JUDGEMENT FREE ENVIRONMENT. We laugh, cut up and have a good time. If you love music and want a change, come out and give it a t...ry, even if you just come in and watch a class, we are still building it up but you could get an idea of what a class is like. Some days, we have 5 or more in a class and other days it's just 1 or 2 but that's completely fine, we will get bigger!! I would say the starting age would be around 9-10 years old or so, my almost 10 year old comes to class and knows a lot of the dances, she doesn't make it through the whole class but she likes it.
