With extensive experience in Mohs micrographic surgery, advanced reconstruction of complex surgical defects, and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. de Golian was the perfect fit to tackle his patient's Melanoma.This particular case was treated with a process called Slow Mohs, in which the entire margin is checked and cleared prior to closure. The tumor required two stages to clear, at which point the wound was closed with a linear closure and small full thickness skin graft centrally to avoid excess tension on the wound. Our patient was super happy with the outcome!
