Design'd Illusions Cosplay

Ok, this is driving me crazy. Who is the guy in the mask. His eyes remind me of a star, but I can't place him. Anyone have any ideas?

Just got home from a great weekend at Dragoncon. I was fortunate to meet and get seven of the cast members from Supernatural to sign a guitar with a few props encased in a clear plastic that I made for the occasion. All of them were so pleasant and absolutely wonderful. Meeting them was the best moment of the Con for me. I will be blessed if I can get six more of the cast members to complete the major characters. Wish me luck.
