We are pleased to announce that we are now conducting OUTSIDE visitation. Based on CMS guidance, outdoor visitation is preferred and poses a lower risk of trans...mission of COVID-19. Courtyard Visitation Monday-Friday 10:00-11:45 and 2:00-7:45. Each slot will be 45 minutes long and will begin on the hour To schedule your visitation: Call the nurses station at 229-524-2733. We ask that you follow our guidelines as follows: You must be screened before entering the courtyard. Please use hand sanitizer. You must wear a mask or face shield during the visit. You must socially distance. Only 2 family members at a time. No visitors under the age of 12 y/o will be allowed. Visitors who fail to comply with these guidelines, will be asked to leave.
