Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. 11:45 a.m., 2:30 p.m. 6:30 p.m. Starting Thursday April 30, 2020 we will be open Thursday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. -6: 30 p.m. Starting Tuesday May 5th, 2020 we will be open on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. -6: 30 p.m. If you have any of the following symptoms: Fever Cough... Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Chills Repeated shaking with chills Muscle pain Headache Sore throat New loss of taste or smell Please seek medical attention and re-schedule your appointment for 2 weeks from the start of your symptoms. If you have been in contact with anyone who has contracted the virus or anyone who thinks they may have contracted the virus please self-quarantine for 2 weeks. We ask that you please wear some type of face mask or face covering when you come to our office for your appointment. See cdc.gov website for tutorials on how to make a face mask. We also ask that you please leave your cell phone in your car during the visit, unless you are expecting an emergency phone call. Please be sure to be on time for your appointment. The office is closed this afternoon (03/26/2020). Tomorrow we will be open for normal business hours. Starting next week the office will only be open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for normal hours until further notice. Sorry for any inconvenience.
