I hope everyone is doing well as we continue with our quarentine. We just want to let you know that we are still available for your healthcare needs. We have regular office hours but with limited number of patients in the office at a time. We are cleaning the rooms and all surfaces regularly and wearing masks with patient contact. We also have telemedicine visits available for those who cannot or do not wish to come into the office right now. If your are sick , do not hesitat...e to call us and we will work with to to either see you in our office, in a drive through setting or via telemedicine. We are still not testing for acute COVID-19 in our office but can direct you to different sites depending on your needs and location. We are offering IgG antibody testing through Quest or LabCorp. If you are interested in those tests, you may contact us and we will determine if this would be appropriate. Stay healthy and safe everyone

The governor of Ga is re-opening our state, returning our freedoms. Now is our opportunity to show that we can make wise choices with that freedom. We have a chance to show that as Americans we can do the right thing without anyone forcing it on us. We are in this together and need to remember that the choices we make affect everyone around us. Cherish your freedom and make smart choices

Good Monday Morning! Our office remains open during our normal business hours (8-5, Mon-Thurs). Telemedicine visits are going well, so please continue to call our office (before showing up or if you are symptomatic at the time of your regular scheduled appt), and we will direct you how to connect through telemedicine. Remember the CDC is a wonderful resource to answer many of your COVID-19 questions. https://www.cdc.gov//prevent-getti/how-covid-spreads.html... Testing in our area (we are not testing at our office) is still limited, so again, the recommendation for mild symptoms is to quarantine at home.

Per current CMS guidelines during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, we can temporarily offer telemedicine for chronic condition management. This may include follow up visits and medication refills. Please visit the doxy.me/DrCChambless link, send us an electronic message via the portal or call our office for more information. Our main goal is to keep all of our patients healthy! We are doing everything we can to keep ourselves healthy, so we may continue to serve you! In ...saying that, please call our office (before coming in), if you are having any sick symptoms, so we may direct you on the best treatment plan. Please be patient with us, as this is new to us as well. We have no doubt we will get through it together! We love our patients and will do whatever it takes to care for you! Much love- Dr. C, Amy, Susan, Tommisha, Rebecca And Carolyn

To best meet the current healthcare needs of our patients, we are now offering a Telemedicine option. These visits will be for mild, acute care symptoms. These visits will also be offered after hours (5pm-10pm) and on the weekends (7am-10pm). If medication is needed, it will be sent to your pharmacy electronically. If you are unsure if the visit will qualify for telemedicine, you may call our office. If you are scheduled for a routine visit, but do not feel comfortable ...sitting in the waiting room, you may also use this option to let us know you are here (requires smartphone). We will notify you when your room is ready. The link you will need for the telemedicine visit or to check into the office from your car is: doxy.me/DrCChambless If you check into our office, in person, please note that we are now utilizing a sick room and well room. Please enter the door on the right side if you are not feeling well. Please enter the door on the left for all other visits. Be smart, stay healthy and WASH YOUR HANDS
