Are you feeling more on irritated than normal and notice more aches and pains? It could be because of environmental stress, which activates the nervous s...ystem. Normally, we want our nervous system to ramp up only when there is real, immediate danger Long-term environmental stress can cause your nervous system to overheat causing: inflammation, disrupted sleep, trouble concentrating,and a lower pain threshold This means that it take less stimulus to cause your pain response. For example, if you had an ankle sprain and it normally took 30 minutes of walking to cause you pain, now it might only take 10 minutes of walking to cause you pain. Another factor is hypersensitivity So maybe walking only caused a 3/10 pain, but now causes you a 6-7/10 pain.
