When visiting Dunn's Family Chiropractic for your scheduled appointment, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines to help ensure the health and safety of all patients and our staff by preventing the spread of Covid-19: 1. We are NOT currently accepting walk-ins. Please call (678) 574-3502 to schedule an appointment. 2. Dr. Dunn will unlock the door for your appointment. Please be patient as he cleans and disinfects surfaces, equipment, and himself in order to prepar...e for your treatment. If the prior patient is leaving, please allow for the minimum 6 feet of distance for their exit. 3. Only scheduled patients receiving treatment AND only 2 members of the same household may enter the office at a time. 4. Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES by every person entering the facility. Due to the shortage of personal protective equipment, Dunn’s Family Chiropractic is NOT able to provide masks. If you do not have a mask, you will not be permitted to enter the office. 5. After Dr. Dunn takes your temperature, please utilize the provided hand sanitizer BEFORE you fill out paperwork. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the new policy guidelines listed above, as they are for the health and safety of our patients, staff, and their families. Please be responsible and respectful, because we are doing as much as possible to prevent exposure to Covid-19 and any other virus or bacterial infection. These guidelines follow the suggestions put forth by the GA Department of Public Health and the CDC. If you are unwilling, unable, or simply not comfortable visiting our office with these measures put in place, please wait to schedule an appointment when that is no longer the case.
