Hey Family! I want you to know that we are still here as a family for you. All you have to do is just call. I hope everyone is well, staying hydrated, washing hands and monitoring any health symptoms. While we are all waiting for this blow over so we can get back usual business, I wanted to share some information with you. #1 - Limit your intake of news related info of the COVID-19. Be sure to get your information from reliable sources that aren't spreading fear or anxiety.... Try spending more time in activities unrelated to the COVID-19 by staying away from news feeds on social media and heavy discussions on COVID-19 etc.). #2 - Instead of living in fear, keep up with your normal/feasible activities and pleasures such as, exercising and work and eating healthy. Be creative in what you can do remotely. #3 - Social Distance is unfortunate at this time, but thank God for FaceTime and other means Video Chats to help you stay connected with love ones. Don't forget to check on your elderly family and friends. #4 Last but not least, try NOT to panic! Panic is normally manufactured fear and can be contagious as we have seen. So please evaluate your own fears and concerns for it's validity. I hope to see and spend time with all of you soon as this blows over.
