PSA for the premenopausal ladies: There are ranges of Normal for menstruation. If you aren't in the normal range, (no period for years, or painful periods) acupuncture will get you there in about 2 months. NORMAL: 25-35 days between periods... 3-5 days for a period No cramps, no breast tenderness, no PMS Blood that is red, with no clots. I know school failed us on explaining bad periods. I hope yours are good ones. :)
