Redoing , some company’s sump pump job, did not last 1 year. Before after pics... the pump had to be replaced because it was locked up due to SAND( never put sandy oil over drain rock ).... drain issue call or TEXT, 706-691-4649 or text 706-373-3404 m-f 7:30-5pm. Most installs etc are scheduled nov-March(10-15% off) we do it right or don’t won’t do it. Made to last. Full warranty 1 year, pro-rate 3 to 5 years. 18th season full time hands on working E.B.I.

We had to remove old valves so foundation work could be done, repiped w/schedule 40 pipe( not thin wall 200) and hunter hpv w/flow control valve, great valves sold many places.

We replace sump pumps under house or anywhere else. Call for a fair price..... we can check if it’s getting power, if it’s has trash In impeller and give you advice on model to order, or let us order it, whatever you like.

Water issues, let me give you the best advice, call me and let me look at the problem, as you know I CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ALL THE JOBS PEOPLE WANT ME TO, SO I CHOOSE THE ONES THAT I WILL GET THE BEST RESULTS WITH( fit my size crew and machinery and location of job etc. )AND GIVE THE BEST ADVICE ON THE OTHER JOBS( most need a big big crew or involve lots of crawling/crawlspace work, I have bad bad knee from doing drain and irrigation going on 18 years. Then they take my advice and demand another company follow most( not all, but most) my advice

Must have a understanding of what types of roots can cause future damage to pipes etc. on irrigation system, most people don’t know or don’t care. always pay attention and avoid PLANTING A TREE ETC. that will have a BIG ROOT SYSTEM IN THE FUTURE AWAY FROM PVC IRRIGATION PIPE WHEN POSSIBLE.. SO MANY PEOPLE PLANT TREEs ON TOP OF PIPES AND TO THE SIDE, IT WILL BREAK the pipe in the future and it’s not cheap to fix if you want it fixed RIGHT( meaning fixed to last longer than a few years and forget who did the job type fix)

Replaced 3hp motor ,diffuser, shaft seal ,brass impeller(used from old motor) rewire. And YES I LOWERED THE GROUNDING ROD(6 above ground )

Correcting a repair( from general maintenance man) he had the best of intentions when trying to fix a pump PULLING AIR( must pull a perfect vacuum on suction side) it’s not so simple, I’ve installed/repaired/replaced to many to count the last 16 years(dealing with centrifugal pumps) most are 1-1/2hp to 5 horsepower. Both of these are 7.5hp Berkeley’s with a on demand water system( makes it very complex, and makes for more things to break & fix and service. I have installed... a new 10hp Berkeley , but that’s been 10 years ago(est.) the pumps alone cost $3000(est.) the 10hp was about $3,800..... anyways what may see. Easy is not always the case. And I can say NOBODY IN AUGUSTA CSRA WORKS ON PUMPS OVER 5HP on regular basis besides rebuilding the motors or servicing them inside a factory.... biggest difference is the water on demand system( discharge side always pressurized) and the fact they can put out easy 60-120 gallons per minute... I got the 1st pump repiped and it did not suck air and was discharging as much water as the small 2 foot valve would allow(not proper part/setup) always use 4 well screen and in a pond I have a custom set-up we make and install, but just the parts are well over $250( reason for cheap bids and contractors installing a $40.00 foot valve, and being able to install in 20 minutes vs. 2-3 hours...... we at E.B I. Do not bid on jobs people are looking for the cheapest, although our estimates are almost always in the low to middle bid, it’s because we are efficient, and have the right knowledge and tools, and do it on a yearly bases.... I’m learning mini split hvac system I have done 2, working on 3, but I want to install many many of them and ONLY DO mini split ductless, and get really good at it, reason I want to be a professional at it, installing and doing the work is the ONLY WAY TO GET FASTER AND BETTER, just like irrigation. People mowing grass 90% of time, will NEVER BE AS EFFICIENT AS someone like myself that do it day to day. See more

Before and after, replaced one of the worst valve to use w/ high pressure w/ one of the best. And replaced thin wall 200 psi with schedule 40(450 psi) pipe.... and changed the horrible design with a much much better piping configuration.... have A question please feel free , text me @ 706-691-4649 Or call.

Wow, wow wow...... whoever designed this manifold with a tee in the middle for water supply to back valves should NEVER AGAIN BE ALOWED TO DO IRRIGATION VALVE manifolds...... your design for lack of better words sucks, your either cheap or ignorant installing rain bird Dv100 w/out a flow control (Fast closing valve cause major water hammer, specially w/out flow control to turn tune each zone) the reason the tee cracked was most likely WATER HAMMER............... HOME OWNERS TECH SCHOOLS DONT TEACH THIS, STOP GETTING COMPANYS THAT SEND OUT LOW SKILLED LOW PAID EMPLOYEES...... a service tech doing this rebuild by himself should be earning no less than $16.00 hour period... you must be skilled to do this RIGHT. AND HAVE A COMMON SENSE DESIGN.
