Groups are a great way to not only express our needs and emotions while gaining positive feedback from others who have truly been there and done that, it helps us to understand that we are not alone in the world with our problems! Support groups in particular help to identify meaningful ways to deal with problems as they arise with the identified patient. Marriage & Family Therapy Couple or the entire family get together with Dr. Edins to better solve the household problems. Individual Therapy One on one talk therapy to help work through problems. Groups Usually consist of three or more people with the same or similar issues. Identified Patient The person in the family who needs therapeutic intervention for his/her actions.
