Today's work on The Total Gut Job House. Exterior brick was failing due to the framing being rotten and exacerbated by previous termite damage . The wall could no longer support the brick, so we removed the brick, then removed the rotten and termite damaged studs and OSB sheathing and replaced it with all new materials.

A new, View Enjoying/ Star Gazing deck in the North Georgia Mountains. We just added this beautiful deck to our friends, Robert and Carol (aka Two of the Coolest People on The Planet !) in Blairsville house !
