Honoring our Vietnam Veterans, this morning, at the Augusta-CSRA Vietnam War Veterans Memorial in downtown Augusta. Privileged to live in this great nation and truly humbled when reflecting upon the sacrifices of those who "gave some" and those who made the ultimate sacrifice and "gave all." God bless America and God bless our Veterans.

The Augusta Chapter of the Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW), the community leaders of Augusta and the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA), and our military leaders at Fort Gordon and the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) wish everybody a meaningful, safe, and blessed Memorial Day weekend. While enjoying quality time with your family, friends, and loved ones over the next few days, please take a moment to join us in remembering and honoring the sacrifices of America's f...allen heroes. They gave their last full measure of devotion to ensure our freedoms and liberties today. Please enjoy this "Virtual" Memorial Day Observance video, feel free to share with others, and know that while we cannot be together in person, we will always be together in heart, mind, and spirit! Special thanks to Congressman Rick Allen, Mayor Hardie Davis, Jr., and Major General Neil S. Hersey, Commanding General, CCoE and Fort Gordon, for their significant roles in making this Virtual Memorial Day Observance possible. Special thanks, also, to the volunteers at Cisco Systems, Inc. for their many hours of editing, production, and coordination this project would not have been possible without their dedication and support; the Fort Gordon Installation Support Detachment; and the leadership teams of the U.S. Army Signal Corps and the Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center (DDEAMC). Many thanks also to the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Fort Gordon Chapter, the CSRA Alliance for Fort Gordon, and the CCoE and Fort Gordon PAO teams for their participation in making this a memorable event.
