YOU MUST BE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED AS WELL AS: Have a positive can-do attitude that is comfortable speaking with customers. Take proper care of the customer’s household goods as if it were your own. Treat customer, management and other team members with respect to keep a constructive work environment that promotes growth. Strive for positive customer reviews that result in bonuses and more jobs for the individual Communication skills:Can pay attention to detail - take management direction and follow instructions. Can effectively communicate and help lead teams of 2/3 people to ensure daily goals are met. Safety driven:Complete morning truck reports ensuring that the vehicle is in good working order and all equipment is ready for use.
