I take such delight in seeing flowers growing in unusual places, whether it be through the cracks in the concrete or under a sewer grate. These little sprouts serve as a reminder of the tenacity and adaptability of plants. A small dandelion can find the smallest crack in concrete and push its way towards the sunlight by the strength of its roots alone. Take this as a reminder that you can thrive, to and through your hardest moments. Your roots are strong, and you have what it takes to find the sunlight.

I am so excited to get my garden up and running again! Last year, I grew tomatoes, squash, zucchini, and peppers. I am still dreaming of the fresh tacos and pastas I made with this hull. I can't wait to share what I grow this year!

Did you know that today is National Popcorn Day? I know some of us are working on a New Year's diet, but popcorn can actually be very healthy.
