You come in wanting something different but you’re not sure exactly what to do!! How about lowlights? *gasp* LOWLIGHTS? *dies inside* YES. A lowlight. Its something that I LOVE!!!! But what does it do?... 1. Adds TONS of dimension/tone. I always like to make the lowlight two shades lighter then your natural for the most cohesive result. 2. Depending on the placement of the lowlight it will make your light pieces appear lighter!! Almost like an optical illusion to the eye. 3. If you’re wanting to do darker it’s a great way to get your toes wet and add some of those contrasted pieces before you fully commit to darkening the actually tone of your blonde.
