Save the date for our next event, Professor Kenaan of the Philosophy Department at Tel Aviv University, put on by the French Enrichment and Response Association (FERA).

Thank you to students Sofia Sarmiento, Audrey Woodward, Guillermo Bendeck, and Andrew Apaza in the French 310 writing class for their artwork during a lesson on intolerance, and thank you to Professor Angelica So for her leadership in this initiative. As stated in their message, we must work together to end violence and racism toward all people of Asian descent, and the Department of French and Italian is committed to taking part in that work.

Save the date! Our department will be hosting a conversation with French writer and philosopher Hélène Cixous on March 26!
