On January 6, 2021 the President, in his refusal to recognize the outcome of the 2020 election, used his hateful rhetoric to incite and embolden his supporters to storm the United States Capitol. As lawmakers call upon invoking the 25th Amendment and draw up Articles of Impeachment, it is quite fitting that we revisit Katherine Shaw's article published in Issue 1. Shaw examines the relationship between presidential rhetoric and Congress’s power of impeachment.
