What can you do this week that will help you step out of your comfort zone? Start by joining a class or teacher that you wouldn’t normally attend! If that’s slowing it down with some warn yin or turning it up with power hot vinyasa, create an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone this week!

MEET YOUR FEATURING: (@yogawithmessica) , : Sushi & Queso. ... : Hurdler’s Pose (Eka Pada Koundinyasana II) I love the fact that the pose focuses on strength as well as letting go of the fear of falling, while also opening up your hips! : She taught high school math for 5 years and got mistaken as a student almost everyday. She also started as a Teach For America corp member in Miami. : Jessica earned her 200 hour yoga teaching certification through Empower Yoga with the wonderful @annankennedy. She then got her certification in Yoga Sculpt through Corepower Yoga, where she also assisted in coaching their YSTT. Jessica is certified in Group Fitness through ACE and earned her pre and post natal fitness certification through Oh Baby! Fitness. She also has her OTFit Certification through Orangetheory Fitness. Jessica teaches a variety of formats within yoga, including yogalates (pilates and yoga fusion), power vinyasa, rehab stretching, beginner’s yoga, as well as yoga sculpt.
