Oh wow!! Just came across another wonderful review! Awesome job team! Great business. We called for estimate on replacing heating and air units and replacing all duct work. Andy came out and gave us an estimate. We told Andy we need this work done in one day and he said it could be done. We had our doubts because its a pretty big job. We were told the workers would be there at 7:15 and they were here on time. They hit the ground running. The work was done at around 4:00. All ...the workers we had contact with was very professional and knew what needed to be done. One gentle man gave a walk through on all the work that was done and showed us how to work things. Gregg is one of our comfort consultants and after working in the customer service role, head of our priority service plans, head of our home performance department and now as a full-time comfort consultant, he's got quite the grasp on many aspects of the company! Our dear friend, Bob will be missed. This man always talked so highly of us and our team. He would tell me at Kiwanis, "I LOVE your people" talking about any and every person at Energy Savers. During the early days of the Covid quarantine, everyone started working from home (besides the essentials: sales reps, service and install techs and a few others) so our luncheons had to come to a temporary end. These luncheons had been a time to get our team together to just say "thanks" for all the hard work they do that may seem to go unnoticed some days. Our team works hard and long hours in the heat and the cold to make sure we are keeping our communities comfortable an...d safe. For health reasons, many people and businesses depend on HVAC and we were/are thankful to have the honor of being essential workers during this uncertain time. This month, we felt it would be a great opportunity to have a lunch again for our team who so deserves it. Thank you Rex Mayhand for the pork chops, Country's Barbeque for the sides and pies, and Candy Mayhand for the banana pudding. You guys are the real MVP's. It was so delicious and it was a sense of normalcy, even with face masks.
