March is Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate the inspiring achievements of women all across the world. At Engle Martin & Associates, we wanted to take it a step further and officially launch our first team member resource group known as the Women’s Empowerment Network (W.E.N.)! W.E.N. will be setting out to create a tight-knit community that facilitates the development, collaboration, and advancement of team members beyond traditional gender roles. This resource group ...will focus on empowering the expansion of professional and personal growth, celebrating women’s accomplishments and contributions to the workplace, and driving meaningful actions within our communities. Elissa Morgan, Vice President of Claims Support Group, will lead W.E.N along with a diverse group of team captains from different departments throughout our organization. This bold new initiative is just another way that Engle Martin strives to follow the tenets of Our Foundation each and every day.
