The ones who support young champions from the beginning. They make sure you are armed properly and ready to fight not only on the strip but throughout life because that's their job to do so. Because they are Parents. They would fix your foils, so you can focus on the practice. They would bring you water and lunch, so you have energy to work hard. They would drive several hours to other state, so you can compete and achieve your goals. Here is our favorite coordination game of the week! Rules are really simple. All kids are standing with arms down. The leader in front shows a particular action (raise an arm up or to the side, or to the front, move the leg to the side, etc.). If while doing the action the leader says "YES" than kids repeat it. If the leader says "NO", they all stay still. When kids make a mistake (shake or repeat the action on command "NO"), they are forgiven for the first time. READY! SET! ONLINE! Even though Epic Fencing Club Atlanta is providing practices at the club, we are still offering an online class! Who are leading the class?... The class is lead by Anya and Yana Andreyenka They are both on the Belarusian Women’s Foil Fencing Team. For whom this class is for? There are no specific age or fencing level required to be able to join the class. In fact, kids who aren't doing fencing may find the class beneficial as it focuses on developing power, strength, and flexibility. What do kids do on the class? It is mostly conditioning and/or coordination related that is designed to improve skills for Fencing . Many of the drills and exercises are part of Anya and Yana's every day workouts that are combined with professional athletes' programs. Feel free to take a FREE TRIAL. Epic Fencing Club of Atlanta is inviting foil fencers to join our August camp! It is going to be a hard-working week full of free fencing, fencing drills, and fun games. Fencers of all levels are welcome! The camp will run from August 10th till August 16th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is a one-hour lunch break as well. The price is 80$ per day, however, if the fencer joins the entire camp, he gets a 10$ discount for each day, which makes the total cost of 490$. Please, do no...t forget about the safety measures.
