But this picture is of a customer who got duped by the inspector and selling agent. First and foremost, the gas company refused to cut gas on to furnace due to incorrectly placed sediment trap. (Inspector) so we rectified that sediment trap. Then upon #furnace start up, the inducer motor was inoperable (inspector). This customer had to foot this bill, which should have been covered in the deal. Inspectors, sellers and buyers agents you all are here to keep things like this from happening. DO BETTER! We love our customers, so we carry their burden as our own, and this just doesn’t sit right with us..

Sun and weather damaged condenser control wires. This happens more often than not. A couple years on a roof exposed to harsh sunlight, all weather conditions, etc. that little plastic insulation doesn’t stand a chance.
