Medicare (CMS) requires all Hospice providers to submit data for a patient and family survey of patients they have served. This information can be found on a website called hospicecompare.com. to help the public make informed decision on what company to use for Hospice care. THIS IS THE REPORT CARD FOR ETERNAL HOPE HOSPICE. All categories were well above the National Average for all Hospice providers.

Eternal Hope Hospice is honored to host the craft ladies from the Senior Center while the center is still closed due to the COVID pandemic. The ladies provided pizza for the Staff today to show their appreciation for a place they could continue doing their crafts weekly. Shown here are just a few of the ladies that participate.
