This 3rd shift junior IT Tech Support Analyst position is located in Carrollton, GA. This position reports to the IT Technical Support Supervisor and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below: General Job Duties: - To exhibit an objective, fair and professional attitude that exemplifies the principles outlined in the Magna Employee's Charter to maintain a positive and productive workplace. - To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate i...n team activities in a positive working environment - To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement - To follow Decoster policies and display conduct expected of Decoster employees as described in handbook - To report all accidents immediately Specific Job Duties: - Responsible for troubleshooting problems faced by the end-users of PC's, laptops, barcode scanners, and printers - Support mission critical just in September/Time (JIS/JIT) Manufacturing, Execution systems (MES) - Understanding of Microsoft systems administrative (AD, DHCP, DNS, Server, Group, Policy Management, ect.) - Support and troubleshoot hand-held devices; barcode scanners, RF tag-readers -Experience with Microsoft offline applications (word, excel, power point) - Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) - Ability to work off hour shifts & weekends Education - High school diploma or 6 months of IT related experience may be substituted in lieu degree. Physical requirements - This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and manage3 stairs on an occasional basis.
