I know this was made as a joke, but it has happened to people I know. They will have awesome credit but not the income to back it up. In other words, just because you get approved for an expensive home does not mean you can afford to stay in it. Make sure you budget is right.

If you are still getting your hair done, nails done, stopping to get something to eat instead of planning your meals and cooking. Flying places because it’s cheap at the moment. Took your stimulus check not once but twice and spent it on everything but necessities Now all your back rent or mortgage is due and you about to get put out is not the fault of the pandemic, 2020 or the world. Those was the choices you made. So are going to continue to make bad choices or are going to be accountable for your actions and grow up.
