I know this was made as a joke, but it has happened to people I know. They will have awesome credit but not the income to back it up. In other words, just because you get approved for an expensive home does not mean you can afford to stay in it. Make sure you budget is right.

Get approved for mortgage, car loan, etc, you need. Comment "info" for more details. My good friend @ Stanley Nalls will take care of you.?
So many of use do not create anything new including a budget, because we make excuses to why not or it’s not our fault. Can we please stop the craziness and do something different, especially if you want something different from life. #justsaying #foodforthought #mindset
This is where a budget comes into play. It is not to put you on restriction. A budget is help you maximize your money #financialfreedom
I am always here for personalized budgets, the goal is for you to succeed and live a worry free life. Breathe, grow and give.
Have we started our budget yet? If not, what you waiting on? One of the biggest obstacles in budgeting is getting started.
Sometimes we need to just laugh and move on.
Everyone does not make their money honestly. If the Smiths are not mentoring you to financially grow honestly. Then stop trying to keep up with them.
Yes, I understand you are unemployed. Yes, I understand the check you get does not equal your pay. Yes, I understand you are a single income family. But let’s get real for a minute. If you are still getting your hair done, nails done, stopping to get something to eat instead of planning your meals and cooking. Flying places because it’s cheap at the moment. Took your stimulus check not once but twice and spent it on everything but necessities Now all your back rent or mortgage is due and you about to get put out is not the fault of the pandemic, 2020 or the world. Those was the choices you made. So are going to continue to make bad choices or are going to be accountable for your actions and grow up.
