Madden & Associates, P.C scholarship you must:... 1) Be a U.S. citizen 2) Please indicate which host church or organization you are a regular attendee (past or present); otherwise declare yourself an At-Large Candidate. 3) Provide your official school transcript 4) Be a full-time student in an accredited College/University for college scholarships, or a current High School Student in good standing, already accepted or expected to be accepted to an accredited College / University by the upcoming Fall academic year. 5) Not be older than 25 years of age 6) You must be able to provide some personal information, such as: Name, Date of Birth, Current Address, Email Address, Gender, the Name of your College/University and an electronic picture of yourself. 7) Not have been an applicant more than twice before this application Note: The above named criteria will be weighted uniformly for every applicant.
