Thank you 12Stone Church Flowery Branch Campus for hosting a very successful supply drive! You all collected many much needed items for our families. We have been receiving it in the mail for weeks but yesterday Sandy Williams dropped off a huge load that had been collected at the church.

We had a group of wonderful volunteers from Good Shepherd Lutheran Church - Gainesville, GA, along with our volunteer project manager, Dave, come and complete some much needed daycare renovations. We appreciate each of them for giving us their time, hard work, and completing the long list of tasks for the daycare licensure.

This group is part of the Aldersgate Class from Gainesville First United Methodist Church. They have been supporting us for many years. They visited last week to help us with some projects in the newly renovated basement. In the basement we hope to begin sheltering families onsite by June of 2021. Thank you Aldersgate Class! We apprecite each of you.

Can you believe that yesterday we celebrated five years since we opened and served our first family in the Spring Street Home? Each year Carter's Distribution Center in Braselton, GA donates hundreds of clothing items to Family Promise of Hall County. We are then able to clothe children in our programs and many others all year long. So grateful for the corporate sponsors who help us, help others! A few photos of what Promise to Learn looks like at Family Promise Hall. We have been prepared to host virtual learning for our employees' children, other families, and partnering agencies since school began in August 2020. With the delay of in-person learning starting back after the holidays, this week we will have served up to 12 students from 3 local school systems in this program on our campus. We know from all the programs we run that it truly takes many hands and feet to work these programs along with the support of our community!

We received 358 donated coats from Saks OFF 5TH and we are distributing them to our Family Promise community. We're so grateful for your support!

We were selected as one of 50 Family Promise Affiliates to receive $4,000 in proceeds from Belk Charity Sales this past fall. For those of you who made purchases during these events, THANK YOU! These funds will support us as we keep children and families safe and healthy. www.familypromisehall.org

Despite the circumstances of this year the community continued to support us and we are proud to report the success of our annual Christmas Promise Store! Our community keeps giving and then we can keep giving to those in need! Gainesville Newcomers Club in partnership with Warm Up America donated these exceptional knitted hats and scarfs. Each of these was paired with a Blessing Bag donated by a local group of ladies wanting to also bless others!
