Please see the following update to our office procedures for taking payments: We will continue to be open Monday-Friday from 9-5. We are inside taking calls as normal. Our lobby will remain closed during Governor Kemp's shelter in place order for the next two weeks. We will reevaluate any needed changes at the end of that period. We encourage you to make payments online, through the mobile app or over the phone whenever possible using a check or financial card. Checks, ...money orders and cash can be dropped in the mail slot in our front door. During business hours, we will have envelopes outside if you need one to put your name on a cash payment. WE ARE NOT MAKING CHANGE AT THIS TIME SO THE FULL CASH AMOUNT GIVEN TO US WILL BE APPLIED TO THE ACCOUNT. Payments dropped off will be entered AT THE END of each business day and receipts for all payment types will be mailed to you. If you need assistance after business hours, our Customer Care Center is still available at 855-733-7333. We appreciate our customers and apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. We ask for your patience and understanding while we work to keep you and our staff safe.
