This apple/kale salad includes BACON because it's national #Apple day, y'all. Ingredients: 6 cups kale, chopped without stems (about 1 bunch) 4 cups red cabbage, chopped (1/2 head) 2 green apples, chopped... 8 slices turkey bacon 14 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1 tablespoon mustard Remove kale from stems. Rinse and dry kale leaves, cabbage, and apples before cutting. Put chopped kale, cabbage, and apples in a large mixing bowl. Whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mustard. Pour over salad. Cook turkey bacon and roughly chop. Sprinkle chopped bacon on top of the salad to serve! See more
