We have 20 spots for a Fight Club class with @kgresham_23 available for both members and nonmembers at $15 per ticket which can be purchased at the front desk of Athens Health and Fitness. We are also taking donations if you are not able to make it to the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our fight club director Kenton Gresham got Athens Health & Fitness connected with Vincent from @justrightcleaning (Instagram) to come spray the fight club room and the entire gym with Bioesque Solutions products. Here is a short explanation of how the chemical works: The sprayer puts a electromagnetic charge in the chemical that allows it to spread evenly on the surface and stick, once it dries it remains for over 15 days. You can clean and disinfect surfaces with the chemic...al by wiping down, but then you will run the risk of cross contamination and it will not last on the surface as long, because it will not have that electromagnetic charge in it. That charge is only when in use with the back pack sprayer. Good morning! The city of Athens has unanimously voted that masks be worn in public, at all times. Starting today, July 8th at 8:00am, everyone will be required to wear a mask in order to enter the ATHENS facility. Thank you for helping us keep our facility safe!
